I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and to check the tail pipe liquid because I was worried it might be burning oil. When I showed up for the appointment, they were very rude while saying that’s not the appointment they had for me and they could only check the tail pipe. I rescheduled, but during that appointment they only changed the oil and said to come back for the tail pipe because they didn’t have the right mechanics there. I was annoyed and went somewhere else a month later. The new mechanic said my car is in fact burning oil and that Goodyear used such bad oil I would probably want to get another oil change. I will not be returning to Goodyear for any mechanic help. They were fine for tire stuff though.

Amazing service! I had an issue with the splash screen on my car while driving up from Chicago. Kory and his team were so professional and were able to help fix the problem quickly. They were so helpful and kind, it made the stress I was feeling about getting home disappear. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you Kory so much!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Goodyear, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Kory and the entire team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were able to inspect my vehicle and replace my brakes all in the same day, which was incredibly convenient and exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, knowledgeable, transparent throughout the process, and took the time to answer my questions. It’s not often that you find a service center that combines quality workmanship with exceptional customer care, but Kory and his team did exactly that. They do good work. But extremely expensive. If u just need an oil change they are good. Took my car there for an oil change had a head light out asked them to replace that and when I picked up my car they charged me 140$ for a headlight. 7$ for the bulb 133$ for labor lol..pre crazy

I’ve been coming to this location for oil changes every 4–5 months for the past three years. My routine has always been to drop my car off before work and pick it up around 5:30. Recently, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and never received any notification that it was ready. When I walked over to pick it up, I was surprised to find the office closed (a note on the door said the store now closes at 5). I had no way to access my car, retrieve my keys, and no one was left to talk to. As a result, I had to take an Uber home, then another Uber back to work the next day, and scramble to figure out how to pick up my dog from daycare. All because I didn’t have my car. When I followed up the next day, I was told a voicemail had been left (it wasn’t), along with a brief apology. I don’t understand how you can close for the day without confirming a customer has been contacted, or trying again to make contact, essentially leaving them stranded without access to their vehicle. Very disappointed.
